- At least 2 years of experience as a Java developer
- Excellent Estonian language skills, both written and spoken
- Java programming experience in the project of creating or modifying and implementing an information system
- Experience with Java and React or Angular
- Quick learning ability and good analytical thinking
- A team player who cares about his team, the customer and the comfort of the end-user
- You value caring, courage and entrepreneurship
