As an IT Lawyer, You will:

  • Provide legal support relating to software development services throughout the services chain – from clients to subcontractors and specific licenses used in the process
  • Take ownership of the agreement templates to be up-to-date with business and legal requirements
  • Assist the teams relating to data protection matters in software development and in negotiations of data processing agreements
  • Draft and review corporate governance related legal documents
  • Coordinate and identify the legal training needs of the teams

You are a great fit for the team with:

  • 2+ years’ experience in providing specialist legal advice, preferably relating to IT, corporate and data protection field
  • Master’s Degree in Law or you can also be actively working towards obtaining your degree
  • Deep interest to understand the inner workings of an international software development powerhouse
  • Strong project management skills with the will to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can explain complex legal matters in a clear and simple way
  • Attitude of getting things done on time and in an organised way
  • High proficiency in English and Estonian language, both written and spoken

Additionally, it is good if you have:

  • Previous experience relating to international contractual relationships
  • Special interest and spark in your eyes when discussing data protection in a tech company
  • Proactive approach towards building successful professional relationships with the stakeholders
