- At least 2 years of experience as a Java developer
- Experience in creating, modifying, and implementing information systems
- Comfort with agile methodologies, test-driven development, and design patterns
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks, delivering quality code, and improving coding practices
- Genuine care for team dynamics, customer satisfaction, and end-user comfort
You will:
- Develop and upgrade existing systems, as well as create new solutions
- Work in an agile team and collaborate closely with the client
- Propose ideas and implement them in partnership with your team and the client
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases to uphold high-quality standards
- Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks to enhance scalability
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative culture where all contributions are valued
