Your role will include:

  • Serving as the main contact point between the client, partners, and development team. 
  • Leading processes, facilitating workshops, and maintaining open and productive communication with all stakeholders. 
  • Managing project and task planning while ensuring responsibilities are clear across teams. 
  • Collaborating with the architect to design and implement data models  
  • Proactively identifying areas where processes can be optimized and recommending tailored solutions to enhance client outcomes and strengthen collaboration. 
  • Working with the UX team to create prototypes that enhance user experience. 
  • Overseeing data mapping between legacy and new systems, ensuring smooth migration and data remodeling. 

You are a great addition to the team with:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner in software-based product development or a similar field 
  • Fluency in Estonian and English. 
  • A proactive and bold mindset with a strong ability to speak up and drive decision-making processes. 
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster trust and understanding with clients and teams alike. 
  • Efficiency in translating business needs into technical specifications and designs. 
  • Proven ability to lead processes and keep complex projects on track. 
  • Experience in agile delivery models and iterative development processes. 
  • Technical proficiency, including writing SQL queries and working effectively with data.
