We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be the primary point of contact for one of our key client.

Your role will include:

  • Acting as the key link between clients, partners, and the development team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Leading dynamic workshops and facilitating open communication to keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Taking charge of project planning, ensuring clear ownership and accountability across teams.
  • Collaborating with developers to create data models and process diagrams.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and recommending creative solutions to enhance outcomes.
  • Creating user experience prototypes when necessary.
  • Managing seamless data migration and ensuring smooth integration between legacy and new systems.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • A degree in Business Management or Information Technology.
  • Five years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner) within software development.
  • Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML, and technical documentation, including mapping and analyzing requirements.
  • Experience working with WSDL and writing SQL queries.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience leading discussions and collaborating with clients and teams.
  • The ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and contribute to decision-making.
  • Experience in agile development and iterative processes.
  • A self-driven, detail-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English.
