As a Senior Legal Counsel, You will

  • provide legal support relating to software development services throughout the services chain – from clients to subcontractors and specific licenses
  • draft and negotiate agreements of critical importance for the business operations
  • coordinate and manage external legal support for Helmes subsidiaries in its main locations
  • take responsibility for compliance with local regulations in Helmes subsidiaries
  • handle corporate governance-related documentation
  • coordinate and identify the legal training needs of the teams

You are a great addition to the team with

  • 2+ years experience in providing specialist legal advice
  • Master’s Degree in Law
  • Deep interest to understand the inner workings of an international software development company
  • Strong project management skills with the will to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can explain complex legal matters in a clear and simple way
  • An attitude to getting things done on time and in an organised way
  • High proficiency in English and Estonian languages, both written and spoken
