As a Senior Legal Counsel, You will
- provide legal support relating to software development services throughout the services chain – from clients to subcontractors and specific licenses
- draft and negotiate agreements of critical importance for the business operations
- coordinate and manage external legal support for Helmes subsidiaries in its main locations
- take responsibility for compliance with local regulations in Helmes subsidiaries
- handle corporate governance-related documentation
- coordinate and identify the legal training needs of the teams
You are a great addition to the team with
- 2+ years experience in providing specialist legal advice
- Master’s Degree in Law
- Deep interest to understand the inner workings of an international software development company
- Strong project management skills with the will to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can explain complex legal matters in a clear and simple way
- An attitude to getting things done on time and in an organised way
- High proficiency in English and Estonian languages, both written and spoken
