As a System Analyst, you will be:

  • developing a data model in cooperation with the architect
  • creating prototypes
  • data mapping between old and new systems for migration
  • data remodeling for the new systems
  • facilitating overall communication and doing workshops with the client, partners, and development team
  • participating in project and task planning, assigning action points to the team, the client, and the partners

What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business and System Analyst, or Product Owner in software-based product development or a similar field
  • Higher education in IT or business
  • Efficiency in translating business needs into technical specifications and designs
  • Caring attitude toward the team, partners, and clients and highly value the experience of the end-users
  • Proven experience in the agile delivery model
  • Ability to write SQL queries
  • Readiness to apply new technologies and implement new solutions
  • Great communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Excellent English and Estonian language skills
