As a System Analyst, you will be:
- developing a data model in cooperation with the architect
- creating prototypes
- data mapping between old and new systems for migration
- data remodeling for the new systems
- facilitating overall communication and doing workshops with the client, partners, and development team
- participating in project and task planning, assigning action points to the team, the client, and the partners
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business and System Analyst, or Product Owner in software-based product development or a similar field
- Higher education in IT or business
- Efficiency in translating business needs into technical specifications and designs
- Caring attitude toward the team, partners, and clients and highly value the experience of the end-users
- Proven experience in the agile delivery model
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Readiness to apply new technologies and implement new solutions
- Great communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Excellent English and Estonian language skills
