We are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst
- Experience in working with public sector projects
- Very good Estonian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and be proactive
In your role as a System Analyst, you will be
- Participating in project management and task planning, assigning action points to the team, the client, and the partners
- Collaborating with the development team, actively engaging in day-to-day communication with developers to ensure smooth workflow
- Participating in overall communication and workshops with the client and partners
- Understanding the client’s business goals, needs and success criteria to come up with the best technical solutions together with the team
